Who we are
This website is operated by Southern Counties Truck and Trailer Parts Limited. The company is registered in England and Wales with company number 02156811.
Our business address is Unit 3, Detling Aerodrome, Detling, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 3HU. You can contact us by calling 01622 735134 or by using the enquiry form on our contact page.
Contact form
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you provide so we can respond to your enquiry and provide relevant customer service. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method and message.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect and block automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process technical signals required to confirm that the form is being used by a real visitor.
The server also uses basic technical checks, including an off-screen honeypot field and short-term rate limiting, to reduce spam and protect the website.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses local storage to remember your light, dark or system colour theme preference where you choose one. This is stored in your browser only so the site can keep your selected display preference between visits.
Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that Cloudflare describes as strictly necessary for bot detection and security.
The contact page uses a static map image and an outbound Google Maps link rather than embedding an interactive Google Maps iframe. Google may process information if you choose to open that external link.
Analytics and marketing
We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing cookies or third-party analytics cookies on this website.
How long we keep enquiries
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting customer service, quote, order or business relationship.
Your choices
You can clear local storage and cookies through your browser settings. If you want us to review or delete an enquiry you have sent, contact us using the details above.
Updates
This notice may be updated if the website changes, for example if analytics, embedded maps or other third-party services are added in future.
